The Exchange is owned by a consortium of firms and was launched in 2012. The Exchange currently oversees one facility, the 91撸色 Options Market LLC (鈥91撸色 Options鈥), an equity options market with both electronic and floor-based trading. 91撸色 is responsible for regulating and monitoring activities on any of its facilities to ensure compliance with Exchange rules and federal securities laws.
